You can request for your account by bringing your BUU student / staff ID to:

You are required to change your password every 180 days for security purpose following the new policy announced on May, 10th 2012 by Computer Center Detail

Microsoft Office 365
We provide Microsoft Office on our Cloud Computing System to support learning online with a calendaring software and a mail server (Exchange 2013), an instant messaging and video conference software (Lync 2013), a web application framework and platform (SharePoint 2013), 20GB storage (SkyDrive) and an ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote through websites (Office Web Apps). These also support MacBook Tablet and every Smart Phone.

Computer Center provide service at these spots on campus

BuuNet service (BuuNet : Burapha University Network) is provided by Computer Center, linking campus network which consist of colleges, departments, institutes, offices and faculties with the main network via Uninet (Inter University Network at 2 Gbps (Office of Higher Education Commission).
Uninet is now expanding its network connection and speed to cater growing needs. As Uninet aims to develop and support the whole educational system for research and studies, using BUU as a center of the main core network in the east which can support all connection from universities, schools and government offices related to education.
Campus Network by BuuNet aims to provide hi-speed Uninet, to link all network on campus for both fiber optic cable and BUU Wi-Fi and connect communication network to develop other ways of learning in Thailand and abroad. Also by connecting to other network such as educational system for research and studies, e-library, Internet, e-learning and study through VCS, BuuNet will become more user-friendly according to section 21(2) in Burapha University Act 2007 (See more…)
Including Computer - Related Crime Act 2007 which was written for safety and secured use of computer network system, especially for Internet surfing. To also protect and resolve Computer – Related offenses and others which resulted from misuse of computer – information technology. Computer Center provides a personal computer check-up which includes virus cleaning and assistance in setting wireless network connection for students and staff. This service is free of charge. You can bring your PC to Computer Center building 2F during operating hours.
Using VPN in BUU enabled computers outside BuuNet to send – receive data across any networks as if they were directly connected to BuuNet. To use VPN, please visit http://vpn.buu.ac.th
Licensed Software Download Service for Staff
For staff who would like to install licensed software on their PC, they can download by using their BUU Computer Center email account at http://mcla.buu.ac.th
e-Learning development assistance for faculty member service
Computer Center can give assistance to faculty member involving with on-line teaching development. By providing easy access to tools and equipment necessary for on-line teaching, the faculty member can further develop and improve their on-line teaching methods in area such as :
- E-curriculum development (Courseware)
- On-line class management system (BUU LMS)
- Teaching recording in VDO format
- Electronic book production
- Providing Adobe Presenter program for teaching material production With all these on-line teaching methods, students can have access to all their courses for further review, any time anywhere.
